About Richard Hubbert
Mr. Hubbert launched his career as a developer by first learning the trades of carpenter and millworker. He furthered his education by studying architecture, engineering, design, and construction management, graduating with a degree in construction engineering.
For 30 years, he has built prestigious estates in exclusive locations such as Martha’s Vineyard, and throughout New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
When he selected this 1913 home, Mr. Hubbert cast his trained eyes on its gracious stairwells, sunlit spaces, garden walls, and wrought iron details as inspirational details to begin crafting what is now a masterpiece.
